Stephanie Ho is the SVP of Customer Experience at Rippling. Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in customer success and building success teams. Stephanie started their career at Autodesk, where they spent 3 years as the Global Head of Customer Success for Autodesk Construction Solutions. In this role, Stephanie led a team of 170+ focused on adoption, renewals, professional services, support, and technical pre-sales. Stephanie then moved to BuildingConnected, where they spent 1 year as the VP of Customer Success. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for driving post-sales customer lifecycle and ensuring customers were engaged and finding value in the BuildingConnected platform. Stephanie has a proven track record in building and leading successful customer success teams and is passionate about helping customers succeed.

Stephanie Ho completed their MBA at Harvard Business School. Prior to that, they earned their M.S. and B.A. in Management Science and Engineering and Economics from Stanford University.

They are on a team with Matt Plank - VP, Sales, Vanessa Wu - General Counsel, and Matt Epstein - CMO. Stephanie Ho reports to Parker Conrad, CEO & Founder.
