Thomas Trieu is an experienced product research professional currently serving as the Product Research Lead at Rippling since May 2022, focusing on the time products vertical. Previously, Thomas held roles as a Senior Product Researcher and Experience Researcher at Thumbtack, contributing to customer-side research that enhanced connections between customers and service professionals. At the University of California, Berkeley, Thomas mentored undergraduate students, conducted qualitative research, and managed course operations as the Head Graduate Student Instructor. Additional experience includes building UX Research culture at thredUP as a User Experience Research Intern and providing mentorship for high school students at the Bay Area Urban Debate League.
