Tim Fletcher

Tim Fletcher is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and marketing across leading technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Product at Rippling since March 2025, Tim plays a key role in managing a unified workforce platform that integrates HR, IT, and finance. Previously, at Snowflake from July 2019 to September 2024, Tim held various leadership positions including Vice President of Product Marketing and Senior Director of Industry Solutions. Tim co-founded and served as CEO of Stride Software from March 2016 to July 2019, developing a customer data platform for notable clients. Tim's earlier career includes significant roles at Salesforce and SalesforceIQ, as well as an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA with Honors from the University of Chicago.
