Jelmar Bijstra

Jelmar Bijstra is a dedicated professional with a background in psychology and extensive experience in management and sustainability. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam in 2016 and later completed a Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology at Leiden University. Currently serving as a surf school manager at Ripstar, Jelmar combines their passion for surfing with expertise in product development, marketing, and human resources. They strive to empower colleagues and foster collaborative environments while advocating for sustainable practices. Outside of work, Jelmar maintains a healthy lifestyle and continues to explore diverse topics through reading.
