Paul Klass is an accomplished C-Suite executive and senior operations leader with extensive P&L responsibility and a track record in customer experience, human resources, and transformational leadership. They are the CEO and Co-founder of Riptide Partners (2018–Present), providing customer and employee experience solutions tailored to Sports & Entertainment, Venues, Stadiums, Teams, and facility management. They are a Distinguished Fellow at the Innovation Institute for Fan Experience (since 2022). They previously served as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience and Strategy at The Madison Square Garden Company (2017–2018) and as Senior Vice President, Operations, Strategy and Customer Experience at Cablevision (2013–2016). They earned a BBA from Hofstra University and have held leadership roles at Direct Energy / Centrica plc (2002–2007), Direct Energy, Canadian Services (2010–2013), Sperian Energy (2016–2017), NewPower (2000–2002), Arthur Andersen LLP (1994–2000), and served on the Ithaca College Advisory Board for Customer Experience (2021–2023).
