Doug Marinaro

Doug Marinaro has had a diverse and successful career in various industries. Doug is currently the CEO and co-founder of Riptide, a messaging platform that helps businesses in the ecosystem economy communicate and ensure accountability. Prior to this, they worked as an executive consultant at Aventi Group, where they led strategic moves for AgJunction, including launching online stores and mobile apps for precision agriculture. Doug also received the Innovator of the Year Award for their work in this role. Before that, Marinaro was the president, COO, and co-founder of LiquidSpace, a leading on-demand marketplace for commercial real estate. Doug drove product strategy and played a key role in the company's success. Additionally, they served as a board member at LiquidSpace. Marinaro also has experience as the president and COO of Kardia Health Systems, where they made significant improvements in reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Earlier in their career, they held senior positions at ClickSoftware, MTS Systems Corporation, Toolwire, and MSC Software.

Doug Marinaro obtained both their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, completing their studies from 1979 to 1986.
