David Brisco, P.E.

David Brisco, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. David started their career as a Staff Engineer II at Tectonic Engineering & Surveying Consultants, P.C. in June 2014 and worked there until April 2016.

In 2016, David joined Nishkian Chamberlain, Inc. as a Project Engineer and worked there until February 2018.

From February 2018 to August 2021, David served as an Applications Engineer at RISA Tech, Inc. David then transitioned to the role of Product Design Engineer from August 2021 to December 2022.

Currently, David is working as a Senior Application Engineer at RISA Tech, Inc. starting from December 2022.

David Brisco, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego, which they completed from 2007 to 2012. David then pursued further education, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego during the years 2012 to 2013. In September 2016, they obtained their Professional Engineer certification from the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. Prior to that, in July 2013, they obtained the Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification from the same institution.
