Dima Omely

Dima Omely has over 25 years of experience in the IT field. Dima started their career as an independent contractor in 1994. In 2001, they became the Head of the IT Department at the Center of State Land Cadastre. Dima then moved on to Geosoft in 2003, where they served as the Head of Software Development until 2008. Dima joined RISA Technologies in 2006 as a Senior Software Developer. From 2008 to 2010, they returned to the role of Head of the IT Department at the Center of State Land Cadastre.
