Phil Kelly

Phil Kelly serves as the VP of Ecosystem at RISC Zero since September 2024, following a tenure as Head of Business Development at O(1) Labs. Phil's extensive background in business development includes consulting on social token initiatives and advising on staking market entry as an Independent Consultant from June 2021 to March 2022. Prior to this, Phil was the Executive Director of Business Development at ConsenSys and held various positions at IBM, focusing on cloud, blockchain, and middleware solutions. Phil began a career in business strategy with Booz Allen Hamilton, advancing through roles that emphasized financial services and emerging market strategies. Phil holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
