Will Kitchen

Will Kitchen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the sports industry. Will is currently working as the Director of Sport, Culture & Entertainment at RISE, a strategic and brand agency serving the sport, culture, and entertainment industries. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of RedBear Sports LLC, where they supported sports organizations in the public and private sector.

Before that, Kitchen worked as the General Manager of ICC Academy at the International Cricket Council, where they focused on cricket development, high performance, and education. Will also served as the Performance Director at Emirates Cricket Board, responsible for the strategic development of high-performance cricket in the UAE.

Kitchen has past experience working with UK Sport as the Head of Education and Implementation, leading the design and development of education and development programs for leadership roles in Olympic and Paralympic sports. Will has also worked at England & Wales Cricket Board as the Coach Development Manager, leading coach education and development initiatives.

Prior to that, Kitchen worked as the Cricket Development Manager at The Yorkshire County Cricket Club, where they focused on growing the sport and providing pathways to excellence. Will also served as an Athletic Development Coach at Nottinghamshire County Council and as a Coach at Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club.

Kitchen's work experience demonstrates their expertise in strategic planning, high-performance development, and talent identification in the sports industry.

Will Kitchen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science & Management, which they obtained from the University of Nottingham from 2001 to 2004. Will further pursued their education at Loughborough University, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Sports Coaching & Sports Science from 2009 to 2011.
