Kim Bourque is an accomplished design professional with over 45 years of experience in the baking and decorating industry. Currently serving as Lead Designer at Rise Baking Company since May 2020, Kim previously held design positions at Dawn Foods from January 1998 to May 2020 and was the owner of Cakes a la Bourque from January 1987 to January 1998. Kim began a career in cake design at Cal's Bakery from November 1961 to May 1971. With more than three decades of hands-on experience in design and decorating, Kim possesses extensive expertise in baking, decorating, and customer service, cultivated from early beginnings in a family bakery.
