Malcom Rawls

Malcom Rawls is a dynamic leader currently serving as Executive Director of RISE Memphis and Vice President of Playbook For Success, where they focus on strategic planning, community engagement, and educational initiatives. They are also a Mosaic Fellow, participating in a leadership program designed for changemakers of color. Malcom previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Peer Power Foundation and graduated from the Executive Class of 2021 at Leadership Memphis. They earned a Master's degree in Leadership and Public Service from Lipscomb University and hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from The University of Memphis.
