Rise Modular
David Walock has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. David is currently serving as the COO at Rise Modular since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP of Construction at Rise Modular since May 2019.
Before joining Rise Modular, David worked at Fullerton Companies from May 2012 to August 2019, where they held the role of President/CEO. David was responsible for overall management and strategic planning for three Fullerton Companies operating entities, with a focus on manufacturing, operational, marketing, and sales efficiencies.
Between 2010 and 2012, David served as a Senior Manager at Frerich's Construction. Prior to that, they worked at BOR-SON Construction from 2000 to 2010, where they held the positions of Vice President and Senior Project Manager.
David's earliest work experience includes their tenure at Skarphol Construction Group/Twin City Construction from 1995 to 2003, where they held the role of Partner/Senior Project Manager/Project Manager.
David Walock has an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State College of Science. David also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University. Additionally, they obtained a Master's of Applied Science (MAS) degree in Prefabrication, Modular and Offsite Construction from Stonepile Construction College. David's additional certification includes being a LEED Accredited Professional from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCi).
