Steve Well

Steve Well is a seasoned sales leadership professional currently serving as a Broker in Property and Casualty at CRC Insurance Services since 2023. Previously, Steve held the position of Vice President at Cottingham & Butler from 2019 to 2023, and Senior Vice President - Partner at Lockton Companies from 2013 to 2018. Steve has also worked as a Senior Key Account Executive at Zurich North America from 2001 to 2007 and served as Vice President at Hays Companies between 2007 and 2013. Additionally, Steve has been a Member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman at Rise, Inc. since 2008. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997.
