Rise to Peace is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit research organization dedicated to countering terrorism, promoting peacebuilding, and addressing global instability. Founded and led by Ahmad Shah Mohibi, the organization focuses on the “way of the word” rather than the “way of the gun” to combat terrorism and extremist narratives. We work across research, education, convening, media, and humanitarian action—bringing together practitioners, scholars, journalists, and community leaders to strengthen resilience and reduce violence worldwide.
