Michael Wortmann

Michael Wortmann is a highly motivated creative leader currently serving as a Visual Effects Supervisor at RISE | Visual Effects Studios, where they oversee VFX projects for notable titles such as "Eternals" and "Hawkeye." With extensive experience spanning over two decades, they have held various roles in visual effects, including FX Technical Director and CG Supervisor, working on acclaimed films and series like "Black Panther" and "Game of Thrones." Based in Berlin, Wortmann's structured approach and comprehensive knowledge in production management have contributed to their success in the industry. They hold a Diploma in Film and Media with an emphasis on Animation from Filmakademie, completed in 2009.
