Scott Sendelbach began their work experience as a Business Process Analyst Intern at Administrative Technologies in 2012. Scott collaborated on a project for a new student information system at Illinois State University, primarily focused on data gathering and analysis.

In 2016, Scott worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Illinois State University, providing support to professors and the Marketing Department. Scott assisted in academic research, grading, and proctoring student assignments and exams.
Scott's most recent role was as a Business Analyst at Risetime starting in 2018. Scott collaborated with consulting teams to implement and administer information management systems for various organizations. Scott facilitated requirements gathering sessions, configured product offerings, and presented front-end user interface prototypes.
Scott Sendelbach obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems and Organizational Leadership from Illinois State University in 2013. Scott completed their high school education at Belvidere North High School from 2007 to 2009. In 2014, Scott obtained a certification in ITIL. Scott then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Illinois State University from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they attended Paderborn University in 2017 to further their studies in the MBA program.
