Noy Shavit has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Noy started their most recent role as a Community Creative Manager at RiseUp in February 2023. Prior to that, Noy worked at Xtra Mile - Lifecycle Marketing Agency from April 2021 to February 2023, where they served as a Community Leader & Employer Branding Specialist. In this role, they focused on building and leading internal communities in global tech companies and startups, with expertise in employee advocacy communities. Noy was responsible for planning community strategies, setting budgets and KPIs, as well as managing and supporting community members.

Before their time at Xtra Mile, Noy worked at Motke as a Community Manager from December 2017 to April 2020. Additionally, they worked at Israel Hofsheet as a TLV Group Moderator for the Tashtit Program from December 2016 to June 2017.

Noy also gained experience as a Legal Intern and Green Call Center Manager at the Israel Union for Environmental Defense from March 2015 to March 2016, and as a Customer Success Manager at Holmes Place Israel from October 2010 to August 2014. Noy started their career at The Jewish Agency for Israel as a Seminar Moderator from June 2009 to October 2010.

Noy Shavit's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Reichman University. Noy pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, which they completed in 2014. During their time at Reichman University, they also studied Political Science and Government, earning a Bachelor's degree in that field.

In 2014, Noy Shavit obtained admission to practice law from the Israel Bar Association. This certification indicates their qualification to work as a lawyer.

Moving forward, in 2015 and 2016, they attended ACC - Tirza Granot, where they focused on Copywriting. Following this, in 2018, Shavit engaged in Community Management studies at Elevation, further diversifying their skill set.

Noy continued their education in 2019 at Jolt.io, completing the NAMBA Program in the subsequent year.

Lastly, in 2014 and 2015, they attended the Holon Institute of Technology, specializing in Art Director studies.
