Shlomy Boshy has a strong background in data science, backend software development, and team leadership. Shlomy is currently working at RiseUp as a Data Science & Backend Software Team Lead, where they lead a team of data scientists and backend developers in developing FinTech products that help people improve their financial state. Prior to this, Shlomy was at HiredScore, where they held multiple roles such as Data Science & Backend Software Group Lead and Head of Data Science. Shlomy was responsible for leading a team in developing an automatic engine for matching candidates to job posts using machine learning and natural language processing. Before HiredScore, Shlomy worked at companies such as EverythingMe, Outbrain, Verix, Schema, and the Israeli Air Force, gaining experience in algorithms development, software development, and team leadership. Throughout their career, Shlomy has demonstrated expertise in using machine learning and data analysis to solve complex problems and improve user experiences.

Shlomy Boshy completed their education in the field of Computer Science and Statistics at Tel Aviv University from 1992 to 1996. Shlomy then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university from 1999 to 2002, earning an M.Sc. degree.
