Arul Sali

Arul Sali has been working in the IT industry since graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sigma Institute of Engg., Bakrol in 2014. Arul started their career at Phonon Communications Pvt Ltd in July 2014 and has progressed through different roles such as Technical Support Engineer, Associate Team Lead, and Assistant Manager - Service Delivery. In July 2021, Arul joined Rishabh Software as an Application Support Analyst and now holds the position of Senior Application Support Analyst. Throughout their career, Arul has been responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and training new team members.
