RisherMartin Fine Homes builds and renovates distinctive homes for discriminating clients and design partners in Austin’s most prestigious neighborhoods. We are the 2018 Texas Custom Builder of the Year, 2016 Fred Case Remodeling Entrepreneur of the Year, 2015 and 2012 Austin Custom Builder of the Year and 2011 Texas Remodeler of the Year.

Our highly structured Pre-Construction process creates realistic expectations from design through construction. Our sophisticated system manages the complex flow of information amongst various parties, encourages open collaboration, and creates and maintains alignment of purpose. Our visual guide to project planning creates accountability, reduces uncertainty, and minimizes risk. This highly integrated and proactive approach virtually eliminates costly changes during construction, and yields a more enjoyable, less stressful journey for our clients and design partners.

We’ve invested heavily to provide our team with a completely paperless, cloud-based platform, which decreases errors and delays while maximizing employee productivity. Our highly trained, professional staff has real-time access to relevant information, allowing them to engage in accurate, honest communication with our clients and partners. As a fixed price builder and renovator of fine homes, we excel at delivering complicated residential projects with an uncomplicated goal — on time, on budget, Raving Fan clients and Design Partners.
