Sam Vosper

Sam Vosper is a Senior Climate Economist at Risilience, where they focus on the intersection of human systems and the natural environment, particularly in energy systems policy and the diffusion of clean technologies. Sam previously served as a Research Teaching Associate and PhD Candidate at the University of Cambridge, conducting research on environmental policy and carbon-based taxation. Their academic background includes a Master of Philosophy in Environmental Policy and a Bachelor of Science with Distinction from Rhodes University. Sam also has prior experience as a Climate Change Advisor at Promethium Carbon and held tutoring positions at both Rhodes University and St. Andrew's College.
