At Rising Above ABA, we believe every child deserves the chance to thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families across Massachusetts. From early intervention to school readiness and social skills, our programs are personalized to help children build communication, independence, and confidence in real-life settings. Families trust us because we make the process simple: we start with listening, guide you through insurance and benefit verification, complete personalized assessments, and launch therapy as soon as authorization is secured. Parent training and school collaboration ensure families are supported every step of the way.

For professionals, Rising Above ABA offers more than a job, it is a career with purpose. Our team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians work in homes, schools, and center-based programs, supported by leadership that values growth, positivity, and balance. We invest in professional development through training, CEUs, and mentorship while fostering a culture built on compassion, communication, and professionalism. Team members describe us as a close-knit organization that genuinely cares, with work-life balance and culture consistently rated 5/5.

Our mission is simple: help children and families rise above challenges and achieve lasting progress. Whether you are a family seeking ABA therapy or a professional ready to make an impact, Rising Above ABA is here to support you.
