At Rising Athletes, we’re on a mission to transform the future of football by empowering young athletes and their families with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. We believe that talent and hard work—not financial barriers—should determine success. That’s why we’re dedicated to creating a platform that delivers equal access to high-quality coaching, nutritional guidance, and injury prevention resources.

Our digital platform serves as the heart of Rising Athletes, offering expertly designed tools and content tailored specifically for parents and young athletes. From easy-to-follow session plans and progress tracking to evidence-based nutrition advice and injury prevention tips, our platform simplifies complex concepts to make them actionable for anyone.

As part of our offering, we also provide in-person football coaching services for young athletes aged 4-16 in Nottingham. These sessions are carefully designed to make football fun and engaging for beginners while offering personalised skill development and position-specific training for more advanced players. Whether it’s through group sessions, one-on-one coaching, or tailored programs, our goal is to help every child unlock their potential both on and off the pitch.

Visit our Services Page www.risingathletes.co.uk/services to learn more about our coaching programs, including the exciting Mini Maestros (ages 4-7) and Position Specific Training (ages 8-16) and more!

Join us in building a brighter future for young athletes where passion, skill, and effort can shine—no matter the background.
