Travis Rodgers

Travis E. Rodgers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and belonging across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Diversity, Fairness, and Belonging at Rising Ground since January 2023, Travis previously held the position of Chief Equity and Strategy Officer at Partnership with Children and spent nearly a decade at Educational Testing Service (ETS) in multiple roles, including Director of Diversity and Equity. At ETS, responsibilities included crafting outreach plans to improve teacher diversity and addressing opportunity gaps, supporting senior leadership with diversity research, and presenting initiatives at national forums. Earlier experience includes serving as a Litigation Associate at Brown Rudnick, LLP, where responsibilities entailed complex legal research and drafting legal documents, as well as leading pro bono projects. Educational qualifications include a JD from Northeastern School of Law, an MSW from the University of Michigan-School of Social Work, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
