Rising Up Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a trauma-informed, integrative mental health program serving adults (18+) navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.

We provide structured, evidence-based treatment in a supportive and compassionate environment in Massachusetts; both virtually and in-person in Buzzards Bay.

Our program integrates:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Mindfulness & nervous system regulation
• Expressive and integrative healing approaches
