Zi Zi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at RisingWave Labs since July 2021, Zi Zi previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Zhihu.com from February 2017 to July 2021, where significant contributions included developing a technology system rank promotion mechanism and leading performance reviews to improve employee engagement.
