Risk Group Pty Ltd is a specialist consulting and innovation firm delivering strategic advice and tailored solutions in operational risk, regulatory compliance, digital identity, and secure technology implementation.

Since 1995, Risk Group has supported government, infrastructure, energy, major events, and regulated industries across Australia and internationally. Our core services span enterprise risk frameworks, threat and vulnerability assessments, security strategy, emergency preparedness, and the digital transformation of high-assurance operations.

Today, Risk Group is the parent company of several focused ventures, including:

Validex – a secure digital platform for national police checks and biometric identity verification

TIG DEV – a software development business building high-performance, API-driven platforms

Crucible Energy – a clean-tech initiative creating modular waste-to-energy systems for regional communities

We work at the intersection of physical risk, compliance, and innovation — helping clients mitigate uncertainty, meet their obligations, and build operational resilience in an evolving landscape.
