James May serves as the RevOps Lead at Risk Ledger since April 2024, having previously held the position of Head of Revenue Operations at hackajob from April 2022 to January 2024, where the establishment of Revenue Operations as a function included leading a Salesforce re-implementation and managing a team of analysts. Prior experience includes roles as Revenue Operations Manager at Apperio and Attest, where responsibilities involved CRM management, data strategy, and transitioning systems from Hubspot to Salesforce, as well as reporting to executive leadership. James began a career in sales and strategy with roles at Populus Limited and Virgo Health. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The University of Manchester.
