Customer Success Operations Manager at Risk Ledger

Laura White has held various roles in the tech industry since 2017. In 2017, they worked at Gigya as a Business Development Representative, where they helped over 700 of the biggest brands to build identity driven relationships with their customers. In 2018, they took on the role of Customer Success Consultant at Tanda: #1 Workforce Success Platform, where they were responsible for helping all new UK clients through the implementation process and dealing with support requests. In 2019, they moved to Receipt Bank as a Partner Success Consultant, where they implemented Receipt Bank in Accountancy and Bookkeeping practices and helped their Partners to roll Receipt Bank out to their clients. Currently, they are the Customer Success Operations Manager and Customer Success Manager at Risk Ledger, an award-winning, third-party risk management solution.

Laura White obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from the University of Kent between 2014 and 2017. Laura then went on to pursue a PGCert in International Relations from the same university between 2020 and 2021. Additionally, they obtained an AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International in October 2022.
