RISK POINT // when unexpected success causes negative financial ramifications //

At Risk Point Consulting, we help our clients manage sponsorships, incentive bonuses, performance-based retainer adjustments, and consumer promotions. Our goal is to ensure that success will never come at the expense of your organization’s future.

Our team has been helping clients for a combined 60+ years, managing over $1 billion in risk exposure. We pride ourselves on taking a Relationship-Driven Approach to meet each one of our clients’ unique needs.

Professional Sports | INCENTIVE BONUSES
Risk Point Consulting works with some of the most prestigious and influential sports companies in the world – having managed over $1.4 billion in bonuses. We have covered bonuses in every major sport with an extensive global client list.

College Athletics | COACHES’ BONUSES
With over 15 years of experience in the college sports industry, we have consulted with athletic administrations in the SEC, ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, Pac-12, and the AAC, A-10, Big East, C-USA, MAC, MWC, Sun Belt, and WCC, and handled over $150 million in coaches’ incentive bonuses while staying within athletic administrations’ strict budgets.

Consumer & Retail Promotions | OVER-REDEMPTION
Risk Point Consulting balances the financial risks associated with promotion planning. The ramifications of a promotion that is “too successful” can have a huge impact on your bottom line, unless you have a safety net. Accurately predicting redemption results is a challenging task, but Risk Point removes the guesswork through coordination of traditional over-redemption Insurance or through the establishment of a fixed-fee insurance policy.
