Laura Josh

Laura Josh currently serves as Vice President and Board Member for the California Health Care Coalition since March 2015, while also holding positions as Program Administration President at Risk Program Administrators and General Manager for California Schools VEBA since January 2023. At California Schools VEBA, Laura leads initiatives to provide high-quality health benefits to California public sector employers. Laura's previous experience includes a notable tenure at Gallagher, where roles spanned from Area President to Business Development Consultant. Additional roles include Vice President at McGregor & Associates and marketing positions at The Vail Corporation and Towers Watson. Laura possesses an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Economics, Marketing, and Communications from The Wharton School.
