Michael Conover

Michael Conover is an accomplished executive in Property & Casualty insurance, currently serving as the EVP and Program Head of Underwriting at Risk Theory. With extensive experience in risk management and analytics, they have held leadership roles at organizations such as Nationwide and Everest Insurance®, where they focused on developing advanced analytics and data strategies. Michael began their career as a Financial Analyst at NiSource and has since demonstrated a passion for fostering high-performing teams and delivering actionable strategies. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University, along with studies in Theology and Spanish from Palabra de Vida in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
