Adan Rodriguez

Adan Rodriguez has diverse work experience in various roles. Adan started working at Oracle in 2019 as a Business Development Consultant, where they generated qualified leads for SMB cloud products. Adan was recognized as a "Cloud Hero" twice and as the Q3FY19 Team MVP. In 2020, they joined Better as a Sales Associate and passed the NMLS exam to obtain licensure. In this role, they engaged prospective clients through calls, texts, and emails, pitching Better's value propositions. Adan then progressed to become an Account Executive, consistently exceeding sales quotas and utilizing Looker sales data to identify best practices. Finally, they were promoted to a Senior Account Manager, where they acted as clients' single point of contact and mortgage expert, advising them on loan structures and upsell opportunities. Adan recently started working at Riskified in 2022 as an Account Manager.

Adan Rodriguez holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bucknell University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Mortgage Loan Origination from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, which they obtained in November 2020, and Financial Markets (with Honors) from Coursera, which they achieved in May 2020.
