Eran Paldi

Eran Paldi has extensive work experience in various fields. They started their career in 2014 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In 2014, they also worked as a Social Counselor at Sheba Medical Center.

In 2017, Eran Paldi joined IDC Herzliya as a Clinical Psychology Practitioner and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. They held these roles until 2018.

From 2018 to 2019, Eran Paldi worked at Elifelet NGO- Citizens for Refugee Children as a Co-Founder and Educator, in partnership with the "Hosen" program. In this role, they adapted a Cognitive-Behavioral program for refugee children and ran weekly sessions for groups dealing with trauma and emotional regulation issues.

In 2018, they also worked as a Practitioner in Clinical Psychology at Schneider Children's Medical Center of Israel.

Eran Paldi's most recent position is at Riskified, where they began in 2019 as a Risk Analyst. They were later promoted to the role of Senior Risk Analyst in December 2020. They currently hold this position.

Eran Paldi holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Reichman University, which they earned between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2013 to 2016. Eran's education journey began at Ironi Daled High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2002 to 2008. The field of study for their High School Diploma is not specified.
