Eran Paldi has extensive work experience in various fields. They started their career in 2014 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In 2014, they also worked as a Social Counselor at Sheba Medical Center.
In 2017, Eran Paldi joined IDC Herzliya as a Clinical Psychology Practitioner and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. They held these roles until 2018.
From 2018 to 2019, Eran Paldi worked at Elifelet NGO- Citizens for Refugee Children as a Co-Founder and Educator, in partnership with the "Hosen" program. In this role, they adapted a Cognitive-Behavioral program for refugee children and ran weekly sessions for groups dealing with trauma and emotional regulation issues.
In 2018, they also worked as a Practitioner in Clinical Psychology at Schneider Children's Medical Center of Israel.
Eran Paldi's most recent position is at Riskified, where they began in 2019 as a Risk Analyst. They were later promoted to the role of Senior Risk Analyst in December 2020. They currently hold this position.
Eran Paldi holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Reichman University, which they earned between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2013 to 2016.
