Lee Kazav

Lee Kazav has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. They are currently working as an HR Business Partner at Riskified since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SKYLABS as an HRBP & Recruitment Manager from June 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers and onboarding. They also worked as an HR Recruiter at SKYLABS from July 2017 to June 2019, where they were responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle and utilizing various recruitment channels. Before joining SKYLABS, Lee worked as an HR Recruiter at TAHAL Group from July 2015 to April 2017. They began their career at Oracle as a Personal Assistant in July 2012.

Lee Kazav attended Bar-Ilan University where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Additionally, they also completed a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies at the same university.
