Stav Bachar

Stav Bachar has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2015, Stav worked with the Israel Defense Forces as a Learning & Development - Shooting Instructor until 2017. In 2021, Stav joined Logica-IT as a Talent Sourcer, where they sourced top candidates, matched them to relevant positions, and wrote professional interview summaries. Currently, Stav is working at Riskified as a Sourcing Specialist. In this role, Stav strategizes ways to build talent pipelines, generates talent insights, and identifies qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques.
