Ashutosh Joshi

Ashutosh Joshi, CSM has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Ashutosh is currently working as a Software Development Manager at Riskonnect, Inc. since April 2021.

Prior to that, Ashutosh held various roles at Synechron, starting as a Lead - Software in March 2008 and eventually becoming a Director - Technology in April 2019. Their responsibilities included effectively handling and delegating tasks, planning and monitoring projects, interacting with clients, implementing critical functionalities, and creating formalized test processes. Ashutosh also had experience as an Assistant Manager and Manager Software during their tenure at Synechron.

Ashutosh worked as a Technology Consultant / Scrum Master at Marsh ClearSight from October 2011 to September 2022. Previously, they served as a Product Manager at Cyberbackoffice from April 2003 to March 2008.

Ashutosh began their career as a Team Leader at Java Softech Pvt Ltd in 2000, where they played a crucial role in leading their team.

Throughout their career, Ashutosh has gained extensive experience in software development, project management, client interaction, and test processes.

Ashutosh Joshi, CSM has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Padmashree Dr D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth. Ashutosh also holds a HSC degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from N Wadia College. Prior to that, they attended KamalNayan Bajaj School. In addition to their formal education, Ashutosh has obtained certifications such as MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft in April 2013 and has also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2013.
