Dean Pappas

Dean Pappas has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Salesforce Administrator at Riskonnect, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Salesforce Consultant at Cognizant from October 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Cognizant, Dean was a Salesforce Development Trainee at Quintrix Solutions from March 2020 to October 2020, where they completed an 8-week Salesforce Development training program and acquired certifications in Platform Development I and Administrator. Dean also has experience as a Computer Lab Helpdesk Assistant at Waubonsee Community College from August 2019 to March 2020 and as a Student Life Worker at the same college from August 2015 to May 2016. Dean's earlier work experience includes a role as a Package Manager/Warehouse Assistant at D&R Classic Automotive from June 2014 to July 2015.

Dean Pappas completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Waubonsee Community College from 2014 to 2016 and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in June 2020 and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in May 2020.
