Derek Rich

Derek Rich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2011, they worked as a Jobsite Laborer/Office Assistant at Sport Fields Unlimited, where they managed accounts receivable and payable, created payroll, bid, and budget spreadsheets, and designed and installed irrigation systems and athletic fields. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Integratec Services, LLC as a Client Services Analyst, assisting with data collection and processing for LIHTC syndicators. Derek then progressed to the role of Client Manager, managing relationships with six clients and developing custom investor and financial analysis reports. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Client Manager and later became a Manager in 2015. In 2016, they joined HFF as a Real Estate Analyst, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they had two roles: Account Executive at Marsh ClearSight and Account Executive, Healthcare Practice at Riskonnect, Inc.

Derek Rich pursued their education at the University of Connecticut from 2006 to 2008, where they focused on a General Business Concentration. After that, they attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, starting in 2008 and graduating in 2010. During their time at the Terry College of Business, Derek Rich earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.
