Gary Taylor has a diverse work experience in project management and call center services. Gary started their career at Sprint in 1999, where they worked as a Senior Manager, overseeing customer service and vendor management operations. Gary then joined Taylor Consulting Services/IBM as a Consultant, leading engagements with clients and vendors to analyze business activities and propose process improvement strategies. In 2011, they became a Project Manager at eGain Corporation, where they led on-site teams to ensure client satisfaction with call center software implementation and products. Gary joined WEC Energy Group in 2015 as a Project Manager, responsible for vendor call center performance and project consultancy. Gary also worked as a Project Manager/Senior Consultant at Moser Consulting in 2016 and is currently working at Riskonnect, Inc. as a Project Manager.
