Manager, Data Support at Riskonnect

Josh Greene has worked in various roles in the field of data engineering and quality assurance. From October 2016 to April 2020, they worked at Riskonnect, Inc. where they were a Manager of Data Support. In this role, they directly interacted with client claims data and managed its staging and loading into Salesforce. Prior to that, from July 2014 to October 2016, they worked at Greenway Health as a Database Engineer and Quality Assurance Analyst, where they conducted quality assurance verification activities and executed testing specifications for their integrated healthcare platform. Josh also participated in user conferences, led breakout sessions, and utilized agile methodologies for internal projects.

Josh Greene attended the University of West Georgia from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems. In 2014, they also obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft.
