Marshall Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Marshall started their career as a System Administrator at Zembu in 2000, where they deployed a distributed database solution to multiple cities. In 2002, they joined Microsoft as a Service Operations Center Shift Lead, managing the performance of their team and ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft internet properties. In 2004, Marshall worked as a .NET Developer at scorecaddy.com, focusing on website development and statistical analysis for golfers. Marshall then transitioned to Creative Explosions in 2005 as a .NET Software Engineer, specializing in server-side web application development.
