Natalie Blasingame has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Natalie started their career at Wausau Signature Agency as an Associate Account Representative, where they completed a training program and provided excellent service to clients. Natalie then became a Surgical Coordinator at Georgia Vascular Clinic PA, where they successfully coordinated surgical and meeting schedules for three vascular surgeons. Natalie later joined Member Insurance Agency, Inc as a Retail Sales Coordinator, where they developed a comprehensive training program for the national sales team and managed the maintenance of the customer relationship management system. Natalie then worked at Collins Consulting Inc as a Senior Consultant, where they played a key role in bringing operations in-house for a $100 million public entity pool, including customizing and implementing a document management system.

Natalie's most recent and current position is at Riskonnect, Inc., where they have held various roles. Natalie started as a Platform Consultant, collaborating with Solutions Architects to design and create automated processes. Natalie then transitioned to being a Solutions Architect, leading project discovery and design sessions and successfully implementing a custom litigation management solution. Natalie progressed to become a Senior Solutions Architect in sales and eventually a Principal Solutions Architect before taking over as the Director and later Senior Director of Professional Services Operations. Their current role involves overseeing the operations of the professional services team.

Throughout their career, Natalie has demonstrated strong project management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different roles and industries. Natalie has a track record of providing excellent service, training employees, and successfully implementing complex systems and solutions.

Natalie Blasingame attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management & Insurance. In terms of additional certifications, Natalie obtained the Salesforce Administrator certification in January 2019 and the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification in April 2019. Furthermore, they completed the "Intro to Coding (Part I)" course at RAD Women in March 2020 and the "Intro to Coding Part II" course at RAD Women in April 2021.
