Rob Stephens

Rob Stephens has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rob has worked as a Principal Sales Executive at Riskonnect, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior Sales Executive and Sales Executive, EMEA at the same company, where they were responsible for providing insights and managing risks for organizations.

Before joining Riskonnect, Rob worked as a Sales Executive at Xactium from 2013 to 2017. In this role, they supported clients in the Financial Services and Infrastructure sectors and achieved exceptional sales performance. Rob also completed the Fundamentals of Risk Management training.

Earlier in their career, Rob worked as a Sales & Marketing Executive at Symphony Event Management Software from 2011 to 2013, where they focused on event management and marketing. Rob also worked as a Marketing Executive at Doncaster Central Development Trust for a short period in 2011.

Rob gained experience in the financial services industry by working as a Mortgage Servicing Consultant at Lloyds Banking Group from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they have customer service experience as a Sales & Customer Service Representative at Matalan from 2008 to 2010.

Rob started their career as a Volunteer Youth Worker at 393 Youth Club from 2007 to 2008, where they were responsible for planning activities and managing conflicts. Rob also worked as a Carpenter/Joiner at J F Finnegan Ltd from 2002 to 2007, gaining experience in the construction industry.

Rob Stephens began their education at Sheffield Hallam University, where they obtained a foundation degree (FdSc) in Leisure Management from 2007 to 2009. Rob further pursued their studies at the same university and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Events & Leisure Management from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Rob obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management in December 2015.
