Stephen Power has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stephen began their professional journey as an Interactive Learning Developer at South West College in 2011, where they managed the internal SharePoint and was responsible for video production and blackboard administration. After completing their placement, they were employed to lead the development and implementation of a Virtual Campus project, which received funding and created new job opportunities.

In 2014, Stephen worked at P. Clarke and Sons, Limited as an Online Marketing and Web Development specialist. Stephen managed online marketing activities, including the build of a new website, and utilized their skills in social media management.

Stephen then joined PwC UK in 2017 as a Senior Associate in the Salesforce practice. Stephen played a significant role in implementing Salesforce solutions using the Agile methodology. Notably, they contributed to PwC's internal global rollout of Sales cloud by defining the Salesforce reporting methodology for the UK firm and other territories.

In 2019, Stephen joined Riskonnect, Inc. as a Customer Success Engineer, providing one-on-one customer support and help-desk services. Stephen later became the EMEA Team Lead for Customer Success Services, overseeing the team's efforts in driving value for clients on their integrated risk management journey. Currently, they hold the position of EMEA Manager Customer Success Services at Riskonnect, Inc.

Prior to their professional career, Stephen worked as a WEB/GRAPHICS DESIGNER at Web IT Video, their father's company, from 2009 to 2015. Stephen gained experience in web and graphic design during this role.

Stephen Power obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Communication Technologies from Ulster University in the years 2012 to 2016.
