Tom DeBates

Tom DeBates is a retired Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in claims examination and account management. They served as a Battery Executive Officer in the US Army before moving into roles at 21st Century Insurance and AIG. Tom later worked as an Account Manager at RSG and as a Director of Professional Services at Riskonnect, Inc. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from St. John's University and obtained a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Currently, Tom is enjoying retirement while continuing their education at St. John's University.
