Travis Back

Travis Back has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Travis began their career in 2008 as an Internet Sales Manager at White Family Companies, where they managed all online automobile purchase, parts, and service requests for multiple dealerships. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Associate at Kauffman Tire, guiding customers through the tire buying process and providing recommendations for optimal safety and vehicle performance. From 2012 to 2015, Travis worked as an Administrative Assistant at Safety Evaluations of America, LLC, where they conducted quality assurance on risk assessment data and managed field report data. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Body Shop Estimator and Detail Department Front Office Coordinator at White Family Companies Inc, overseeing daily operations and managing payroll reporting. Most recently, Travis has been with Riskonnect, Inc. since 2019, starting as a Tier 1 Support and progressing to Senior Success Engineer, demonstrating their expertise in customer support and success.

Travis Back completed their high school education at Franklin High School from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Miami University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Travis has also received a certification as a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder from Salesforce, which they obtained in September 2021.
