Wayne started their career as an Account Executive/Team Leader at Corporate Systems, where they focused on revenue growth, account management, project management, and customer retention. After that, they worked at CS STARS as a Senior Manager of Client Operations, where they managed a customer operations team and guided them in account management and sales strategies.

In 2007, Wayne joined Aon eSolutions as a Senior Client Development Manager, specializing in up-selling Risk Management Information Systems and Medical Bill Review products and services to existing customers, including Fortune 500 corporations and Third Party Administrators.
