Michael Als

Michael Als has extensive work experience in the software development industry. Michael started their career at Merlin as a Salgsassistent in 1999 and stayed there until 2005. After that, they worked at Eteneo as a Software Developer from 2007 to 2008. Michael then joined APLUS as a Software Developer from 2008 to 2009. Later, they joined Dansk Kabel TV and worked as a Software developer from 2009 to 2012. Michael then became the Team leader of Software Development from 2012 to 2013. Michael continued their career at Uni-Tel A/S where they worked as a Systems Developer from 2013 to 2015. Michael then took on the role of Development Team Lead from 2014 to 2015, and eventually became the Udviklingschef from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Risma Systems as a Senior Technical Manager since 2018 and became the Development Director in May 2019.

Michael Als has an educational background in computer science. From 2005 to 2007, they attended BEC business where they obtained an AP Graduate degree in computer science. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they studied at Herlev Gymnasium and obtained an HF degree. Michael also attended HTX Ballerup from 2000 to 2002, although no degree was mentioned for this period. Their primary education was completed at Vanløse Privatskole from 1990 to 2000. Additionally, Michael Als holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from The Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in April 2011.
